Made from a synthetic material, the Black Diamond Grips are great for all bars- Speal, Powder Coated, etc. They are also great for any barbell, kettle bell, or ring work as well. Unlike most grips on the market, Black Diamond Grips do not need chalk to stick to the bar. In fact, don't be surprised when they hardly even hold chalk if you were to try. That's part of the magic of the Black Diamond Grips.
Available only with 3 holes, the Black Diamond Grips come in Small thru Extra Large. With a reinforced neoprene layer on the wrist strap for increased comfort, Bear KompleX has successfully added to its product line of The Best Grips on the Planet!
Sizes available: XS (up to 9.5 cm), S (9.5-10.8 cm), M (10.8-12 cm), L (12-13.3 cm) and XL (other than beyond 13.3 cm). Article sold in pairs.

In order to validate your size, measure from the junction between your wrist and your hand. Open your hand and keep your palm and fingers flat (do not bend your fingers inside or out). Measure from the wrist / hand junction to the base of your middle finger.
Take the exact measure, do not round. If you are between 2 sizes, take the larger size. If you want to make a bead, take the larger size.
